  DISCLAIMER: OKAY. Just to set the record straight....... everything I am about to say in these next two small entries is the opinion, feelings and thoughts from me. Only one perspective..... I don't have the best grammar, I don't have the best sentence structure. lol... I don't claim to be a professional writer... hee hee. Although I wish I was . :)  or a professional anything.. I speak from the heart and speak only with the experience that I have been though in almost 20 years of being in the vampire community. I am not popular.  I am not famous.. nor do I want to be.. lol. I just want to try and be the best I can be to those in my area. Just please try to be as understanding as possible. Thank you...... VV^^^VV                                                         

                                                            The Inner Self

When you look inside your inner most thoughts. When you are all alone with your thoughts do you feel drained.... Do you feel tired?  I asked myself these questions a long time ago to myself and I could only answer yes.... the word vampire to me has a negative connotation to it. I see myself more as  an energy feeder or someone who manipulates the energy around me to sustain myself and feel better in my mind and body.. Your inner self needs to be taken care of as well as your body on the outside. The spirit is always with you and in one sense you should always be in tune with the surroundings around you as well. Especially in fact if you are indeed an energy manipulator... You use the energy to move, you use the energy to feel better and you use the energy to relight the fire down deep inside you to help you have a better sense of inner self and to have a better body and to feel refreshed. What if you lose the inner self? What if you lose the ability to feed off others energy? When you lose the ability to feed off others energy it simply means that there is an imbalance of sorts. It may mean health problems. So always going to your doctor and getting regular check ups is really another great way to keep your inner self in check as well. I will say right here and right now, I am not an expert. I can only tell people what I have been through personally.. Right now I have some weight issues that I am trying to work through and it is constantly hindering my energy. Weight gain is very hard on a person enough as it is and to have extra weight on your body plus not being able to feed off others energy is like a double whammy. Because my extra weight already slows me down even more. So what energy I do have is very precious. I just want to add that personal part because I know how hard it is to struggle with weight issues and I know that it is an uphill battle that is very hard to climb for most of us.  In the grand outlook of things what it is, is balance... good and bad, light and dark, inner and outer.. Keeping in tune with the universe, keeping in tune with our bodies and staying on top of a healthy diet, cleansing and purifying ourselves from the negative all help with INNER  SELF..... LVA
